MY NAME IS JAMIE

I’m the creator of the Total Body Restoration Method. I’ve spent years in the fitness industry, but more importantly, I’ve lived through the same frustrations as the women I now coach.

I was a competitive bodybuilder.

I knew how to train. I knew how to eat. I knew how to push through.

For years, that was enough.

Then, somewhere in my 30s, my body stopped cooperating.

I was doing everything I had always done — eating clean, training hard, staying consistent — and I was gaining weight anyway.

I was bloated after every single meal. My hair was thinning. My skin was a mess. My energy was gone by noon. My libido was nonexistent. I was exhausted in the morning and wired at night.

And I felt completely insane, because on paper? Nothing was wrong.

I went to doctors. They ran the standard tests. They looked at the results and told me everything was "normal."

My fitness friends told me to train harder.

So I did. And I got worse.


What I didn't know yet was that I had H. pylori and SIBO destroying my gut. My thyroid was off. My hormones — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone — were all over the place. My body wasn't broken. It was sending signals I didn't know how to read.

The harder I pushed, the louder those signals got.

Eventually I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it.

I learned how stress, gut health, hormones, and metabolism actually interact — especially after 30. I stopped trying to override what my body was doing and started understanding why it was doing it.

I rebuilt my health. I rebuilt my body. And for the first time in years, I felt like myself again.
